Wonderful hotel - very helpful and welcoming staff. My favourite addition in the room was the minibar fridge - wow! Kept all my goodies nice and cold for the duration of my stay.
The hotel's location is ideal for the frum traveler since it is in the middle of everything. There are kosher eateries, many shuls, restaurants, shopping etc. I found the rooms to be small and cramped, and many amenities were missing. There is no sink outside the bathroom, no shabbos lamp was in the room, no wig stand. A number of essential items for frum travelers were missing. We were not overly impressed with the cleanliness of the room either. However, I found the beds and linens to be very comfortable and unlike the room the bed sheets where clean and fresh. Overall I would choose this hotel due to its ideal location for a frum traveler.
The hotel was very clean, and all the rooms were cleaned every day. We particularly liked the minibar: there was a kettle, coffee, and a variety of teas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend it again.
A hotel where you feel like you are at home. very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff especially Mrs. Marley. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the warmth of home and at the same time experience the real London.
I absolutely LOVED this hotel! It is a bit tucked away, but the rooms are wonderful, clean, and very comfy! They have AC, which helps those warm afternoons. There are plenty of outlets and places to put your items. There’s TV along with a reading lamp right above your head. The bed has been the COMFIEST bed I have ever been in when it comes to hotels and the blanket was also warm when you blast the AC too cold at night. The front desk was lovely and made sure to explain the rules, and insured you knew how to get in once they locked the door. All the room doors have key cards for security. I wasn’t rudely awakened nor had any issues when it came to staff. I was told good morning and was wished safe travels when I left. The hotel has a bakery not even 5 minutes from it and it’s close to plenty of bus stops as well as an overground rail. Shops are plentiful and a market is only a bus ride away. I will 100% be coming back to this location the next time I visit London!
Our stay was amazing! The room was just right for us, and had everything we needed. The service was amazing too. She would make sure we always had enough towels and a clean room. Truly made our stay feel wonderful! It was also very nice seeing her every day with a warm welcome :) The location was also great. We felt safe and was very close to the trains. Overall a wonderful stay!
